The New Year!
We rang in the new year this year tucked snug in our beds:( Joe was sick, Kendall was getting over it and Kiernan and I were trying not to get it. We were successful! We did have a date night later in the month with good food at Bonefish and good music with Matt Snook!
Because of the school closings Kendall's school holiday party got postponed until the 4th. All the kids had a great time learning about how different countries celebrate Christmas and even made cute reindeer hats!
Kiernan hit the 3-month marker on January 8th! She wasn't to crazy to pose for the camera but we did get a couple good shots.
Kendall was honored in the Pirates R.O.C.K. (Raising Outstanding Character Kids) a program designed to surround our families with examples of strong character traits through school experiences, at home, and reinforced in their faith and business community. December's character trait was compassion and my little mother hen was selected! She got a t-shirt and was recognized at a home basketball game in January.
And finally the last weekend in January we invited the family to church for Kiernan''s baby dedication. She was so good and was even awake. (1st time in church) She didn't even cry.
